Your project draft

Your contact details, notes and project priorities are kept in this browser tab’s session storage while you work. The planner can continue in memory if browser storage is unavailable, but a reload may lose unsaved changes. Use “Clear project details” in the planner to remove the draft.

Your photo previews

Photos you select are held only in the open planner page. They are not uploaded, not even when you send your project, and are not restored after a reload. You can remove a preview at any time. After sending, you can share them with RM or attach the originals in your email app.

Saved cabinet choices

Saved doors, wood and cabinet preferences use browser storage so you can return to them. Clearing project contact details does not clear these favorites. You can remove your selections in the catalog or clear this site’s data through your browser settings.

When you contact RM

Nothing leaves your device until you choose Send to RM. Then your name, the contact details you chose, your ZIP code, the spaces, notes and measurements you added and the catalog ideas you included are sent to RM’s project inbox, a database hosted by Supabase, so RM can reply. The page you sent it from, the page that linked you to this site and any campaign tags in the link you arrived with (utm) go with it. If sending fails, the planner offers your email app instead, addressed to Marco@rmcustomcabinets.com, and you decide whether to send that email.

How RM uses what you send

When you email, call or share your project with RM, your details are used to reply, arrange a visit and plan your project. RM does not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
